"Gravity Ace" Explained
Gravity Ace is a real guy. The
term is also an earned appellation bestowed on qualified practitioners of Rolf
Structural Integration. Originated by and named for Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Structural
Integration is the definitive and peerless approach to human health and
performance.
The core premise of Rolf
Structural Integration is about fostering an arrangement of the human body in
simple architectural structural terms which conforms to the dictates of
Gravity.
Below is the official
"Gravity Ace" certification. It is awarded to those in the profession
who honor and promote the core understanding of Structural Integration: It's
healthy and empowering to live with your body which is stacked up vertically,
everything all level and even. Very simple, really. Still news to most people
that this might be an option. It does take doing. Easily done, in fact.
